Requirements: - Valid nursing license - Experience in a skilled nursing facility
Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Monitor and document patient progress and any changes in condition. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate residents and their families about health management and resources. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Compliance / Notes: - 10% salary placement fee applies. - 151 bed skilled nursing facility. - Rate: $38 - $44/hr.
