Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Lead to join their team. As a Manufacturing Lead, you will be part of the Production department supporting the assembly line operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Manufacturing Lead
Location: Garden City, ID
Pay Range: $65000 - $70000
Shift: Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm
What's the Job?
- Lead daily activities on the assembly line to ensure safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.
- Assign tasks to operators, monitor production schedules, and adjust staffing as needed.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and cleanroom protocols, maintaining thorough documentation for audits.
- Enforce safety protocols, including PPE usage and machine guarding, fostering a safety-first environment.
- Support equipment troubleshooting, minor setups, and maintenance reporting to minimize downtime.
What's Needed?
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Prior leadership experience, such as training or supervising team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or associate degrees are a plus.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and measurement tools.
- Strong communication skills and mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting.
