The Wellness Nurse is an integral member of our nursing team, contributing health care expertise to promote an environment of optimal living for our residents. Schedule: Day Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 2 shifts per week Evening Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM What We Offer: Defined Growth Opportunities in Nursing Leadership 401k Flexible Schedules Vacation + Sick Pay +Appreciation Days Tuition Assistance Program Medical/ Dental/ Vision Responsibilities What You Will Do: Provide nursing services to residents Participate in training of care staff Coordinate resident care with residents, families, and physicians Communicate care plan changes to staff Communication with families and physicians Documentation and Investigation Reporting Conduct fall risk assessments, skin assessments, pain assessments, Fast Scale assessments Wound care Audit eMARS, medication cart Maintain accurate resident health records Medication Management Qualifications Who You Are: RN License that is active and in good standing A passion to work with our amazing seniors!
