Now Hiring | HR Director

Pay: $95,000 - $110,000 annually

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead and oversee all aspects of the Human Resources function. This strategic leadership role will partner closely with executive leadership to drive talent initiatives, strengthen company culture, ensure compliance, and support organizational growth.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR leader with experience developing HR strategies while also managing day-to-day operations across employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all Human Resources functions, policies, and programs across the organization.
• Serve as a strategic business partner to executive leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, investigations, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Direct talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, and succession planning efforts.
• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll oversight, and HR budgeting initiatives.
• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and company culture.
• Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including leadership and management responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of California employment law, HR compliance, and employee relations.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and driving strategic HR initiatives.
• Proven ability to lead change, improve processes, and support organizational growth.
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
