Associate Attorney

Location The Morgan Law Group, P.A. • Atlanta , GA , US Responsibilities Manage and support cases from pre-litigation through litigation, settlement, and resolution Oversee pre-litigation case development, including file review, claim evaluation, and strategy Draft and review legal documents, including correspondence, demands, pleadings, motions, discovery, and agreements Conduct legal research using tools such as Clio Works, Westlaw, and LexisNexis Communicate with clients regarding case status, expectations, and settlement progress Work with internal teams to ensure proper documentation, record collection, and file readiness Assist in transitioning cases from pre-litigation to litigation when necessary Prepare for and participate in EUOs, depositions, mediations, hearings, and negotiations Evaluate liability, damages, and settlement opportunities; participate in negotiations to resolve matters efficiently Review and approve settlement terms, releases, and closing documents as needed Ensure compliance with deadlines and procedural requirements across all stages Collaborate with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case handling Maintain accurate and organized case files throughout the case lifecycle Qualifications 2+ years of experience in litigation and/or pre-litigation preferred Strong understanding of case development, negotiation, and litigation processes Experience handling client communications and case strategy Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills #J-18808-Ljbffr The Morgan Law Group, P.A.
