Job Description & Requirements Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/07/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel As a Stepdown RN, you'll monitor patients who require frequent assessment but who aren't unstable enough to need care in a critical setting. This includes monitoring vital signs, detecting change in patient condition, administering medications, and providing hands‑on care. 28-bed Progressive Cardiac Care unit 1:4-5 patient ratio Patient population includes medical, cardiac, pre/post CV surgery, arrhythmia, heart failure, and stroke overflow Required: Active RN license + BLS Ascension EKG exam and competency requirements apply Trustaff Job ID #1038466.
