The Center for Advanced Joint Replacement is a 30-bed inpatient surgical unit located at Wilmington Hospital . Our team specializes in the care of patients recovering from elective surgeries including total knee and hip replacements bariatric procedures and select ENT and plastic surgeries .

What Youll Do

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to post-operative surgical patients
• Assess plan implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on recovery mobility and post-discharge care
• Deliver exceptional service while promoting a positive patient experience

Qualifications

Required

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
• Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience (equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Preferred

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) ( Candidates without a BSN must obtain the degree within three years of hire in accordance with organizational requirements.)

Schedule: This is an overnight (Midnights) schedule of 7 p.m. - 7:30 a.m. Weekend and holidays per hospital practice. We are currently offering a $20000 Sign-On bonus for those committing 2 years on the 7p - 7:30 a.m. schedule.

Hourly Pay Range: $42.11 - $67.37

This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills relevant experience and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
