Royal Caribbean Group’s Royal Caribbean International Revenue Management Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Analyst, Learning & Development 

This position will be working onsite from Miami.

Position Summary :

This is a training and facilitation role—not a traditional data analyst position. The Regional Sales Trainer is an integral member of the Royal Caribbean Sales Team whose primary responsibilities will focus on managing the creative, logistical, reporting and some administrative aspects of training initiatives for the sales team and travel advisors across North America. This role ensures the smooth execution of training activities, maintains training resources, and facilitates effective communication within the team and with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities, and capable of building strong collaborative relationships to enhance the overall training experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

1. Serve as the primary training partner for assigned sales regions, building strong relationships with sales leadership and field sales team members to identify needs and deliver timely, customized learning solutions that support business priorities and strengthen sales readiness.
2. Design, develop, and facilitate engaging instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning experiences for internal sales teams and travel partners, applying adult learning principles and adapting content for audiences of varying experience levels.
3. Translate product launches, deployment updates, promotions, technology changes, policies, and go-to-market priorities into clear, accurate, and actionable training content that equips learners to confidently communicate and sell the Royal Caribbean brand.
4. Create and maintain polished, brand-aligned sales enablement resources, including facilitator guides, presentations, job aids, webinars, digital learning content, and interactive learning activities; ensure materials remain current, accessible, and aligned across training platforms and content libraries.
5. Lead assigned learning programs from strategy through execution, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, content development, scheduling, live delivery, learner communications, and post-program evaluation.
6. Support the ongoing management and continuous improvement of Royal Caribbean University and other learning platforms by reviewing content, monitoring learner engagement, identifying curriculum gaps, and recommending enhancements to the learning experience.
7. Own or support end-to-end onboarding for new sales team members by coordinating schedules across departments, facilitating core training sessions, maintaining onboarding resources, serving as a primary point of contact, and helping new hires transition successfully into their roles.
8. Plan and execute trade-facing webcasts, regional training sessions, conferences, Seminars at Sea, ship tours, and other live learning experiences, including development of creative concepts, speaker coordination, presentation materials, facilitation, and event follow-up.
9. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Go-to-Market, Revenue Management, Hotel Operations, Sales Automation, and other subject matter experts to validate content, align learning solutions to business objectives, and ensure consistent messaging.
10. Track and analyze participation, engagement, learner feedback, and other program metrics; prepare reports and translate insights into recommendations that improve content, delivery, learner outcomes, and program effectiveness.
11. Manage assigned program operations, vendor relationships, invoices, budgets, rewards, or other administrative processes with accuracy, fiscal responsibility, and adherence to company policies.
12. Maintain current knowledge of Royal Caribbean products, destinations, systems, sales tools, and industry trends through ongoing research, ship and field experiences, stakeholder engagement, and professional development.
13. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, introduce new learning technologies, and create scalable solutions that improve efficiency, consistency, and learner engagement across training programs.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills :

1. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required.  Concentration in training, organizational development or HR preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related training field or administrative role.
3. Experience in the travel industry is preferred.
4. 25% travel - Position is Miami- based. Travel pertains to ship or industry events, seminars at sea, territory assistance with Strategic Account Managers, etc.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
6. Excellent facilitation and presentation skills in front of small and large audiences
7. Creative thinking skills and ability to provide new ideas and opportunities for training initiatives.
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, with strong skillset in PowerPoint
9. Solid organization and project management skills, with the ability to multi-task
10. Basic knowledge of adult learning principles
11. The ability to work successfully as a team and independently
12. Computer knowledge and usage skills, with the aptitude to learn new technology
13. Skilled in attention to detail and time management to manage several projects at one time
14. Ability to prioritize projects based on the needs of the business and requests from leadership
15. Ability to work with Senior Leadership with professionalism and proficiency
