Associate Director, Patient Services Training - Systems

Insmed seeks an Associate Director to lead systems training strategy for Patient Services teams. This role involves designing and delivering training programs for CRM, telephony, and reporting tools while ensuring compliance and operational readiness across patient support functions.

Responsibilities

Lead Patient Services-wide systems training strategy aligned with organizational goals and product launches
Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive training materials and live/virtual sessions for CRM, telephony, and reporting tools
Partner with IT, Compliance, and Patient Services leadership to influence system design and ensure workforce readiness
Define and track metrics for training effectiveness, system adoption, and compliance across stakeholder groups
Support UAT planning and coordinate training delivery during system enhancements and deployments

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, or related field
8 years combined experience in patient services/specialty access operations and training design in regulated environments
Deep expertise with Salesforce Health Cloud including system architecture and workflow design
Demonstrated experience scaling training programs in pharmaceutical or healthcare regulated settings
Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline
Expert ability to develop work instructions and controlled documents in regulated environments
Strong cross-functional influence skills and executive communication abilities

Compensation: $155,000–$201,500 annual
