Troubleshoot and demonstrate strong diagnostic skills using the latest technology. Mentor teammates and continually learn new techniques as technology evolves. Maintain safety, service, and housekeeping standards; use protective equipment. Perform manual tasks: lift tires/wheels, stand, bend, squat for extended periods. What We’re Looking For Minimum 3 years automotive repair experience or 3 years as a military vehicle maintenance specialist; advanced diagnostic/problem‑solving skills. Valid driver’s license and ability to work flexibly (evenings, weekends, holidays). Preferred: ASE A4 (Steering & Suspension) and A5 (Brakes) certifications, state inspection license, or MAC certification.
