Independent Contractor – Insurance Property Surveyor Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties in the Bellefontaine, OH area. This opportunity is available for full‑time or part‑time work. Responsibilities Travel to properties using a reliable car. Take photos and gather property details and overall condition. Prepare and submit survey reports online via the PC/Desktop platform, including attachments. Provide timely reports to meet client deadlines. Required Equipment & Skills Reliable vehicle to reach inspection sites. Computer running Windows 10 or newer. Smartphone or digital camera for photography. Reliable home internet connection.
