QA Lead

We are hiring a QA Lead for a 12+ month contract position, remote. This role offers the opportunity to lead quality assurance efforts, mentor engineering teams, and drive test automation strategy across multiple tools and frameworks. Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and provide technical guidance to QA engineers Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks Guide engineers in selecting and applying appropriate automation tools and frameworks for different testing scenarios Perform API testing and database validation using SQL Create functional test cases from business requirements and user stories Incorporate AI-assisted development or testing tools into QA workflows to improve productivity Critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and apply sound engineering judgment Execute both manual and automated software testing Qualifications Required 8+ years of Quality Assurance experience with a strong emphasis on test automation Expert-level hands-on experience with Playwright Strong hands-on experience with Tosca Experience working across multiple automation tools and frameworks Strong background in both manual and automated software testing Experience designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks Preferred Experience working within SaaS applications Experience supporting automation framework modernization or migration initiatives Experience working with globally distributed development and QA teams #J-18808-Ljbffr
