A-Line Staffing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented  Assembler This role offers career growth, a supportive work environment, and full-time hours (40+ per week).

ASSEMBLER | DETAILS AND COMPENSATION:

• Location: Covington GA 30014 – 100% on-site
• Payrate: $15.50/hr
• Required Availability: Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• • Overtime: Must be available for overtime as needed

ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:

The  Assembler  will assist with material handling, product inspection, documentation, and general assembly-related tasks while maintaining quality and safety standards.

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Move materials, parts, assemblies, and products throughout the facility using handcarts and other equipment.
• Sort, inspect, and verify materials for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain quality records and complete documentation accurately.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.
• Complete routine production and warehouse tasks efficiently and safely.
• Utilize inspection tools and measuring devices, including rulers.
• Support team objectives and assist with additional duties as assigned.

ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS :

• Education: High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
• Attendance: Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days.
• 1 year of continuous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-related role.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math and computer skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Ability to work effectively in a metrics-driven environment.

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Regular use of hands for handling materials and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds or more.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures, including hot summer and cooler winter conditions.
• Ability to work in a moderate to loud manufacturing environment.
