As our Night Auditor, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our hotel operates seamlessly while providing top-notch customer service to our guests. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and checking in guests, answering phones, and taking reservations.
- Responding to guest complaints, requests, and emergencies with professionalism and care.
- Reconciling accounts, balancing the cash drawer, and logging receipts.
- Investigating and resolving out-of-balance accounts to ensure financial accuracy.
- Keeping accurate financial records and ledgers.
- Assisting in preparing forecasts and audits.
- Performing laundry and cleaning tasks in hotel/common areas as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- Proven experience as a Night Auditor or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with accounting and facilities management software.
- Strong math skills and an eye for detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- Outstanding customer service skills and strong written/verbal communication.
- Availability to reliably work overnight shifts.
