Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM

Call Schedule:

• Night beeper call: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM
  
• Weekend 24-hour beeper call: 7:00 AM 7:00 AM
  
• Call Ratio: 6:1
  
• Phone Consults: 1 2 per shift
  
• Response Time: 20 minutes

Patient Volume:

• Up to 30 pathology cases per day

• Missoula lab at Community Medical Center
  
• Trauma Level I
  
• Stroke Certified
  
• EMR: Cerner
  
• Pathologist Assistants Available

Procedures / Skills Required:

• Surgical Pathology (Required)
  
• Dermatopathology (Preferred)
  
• Grossing or cutting frozen section (Preferred)

Requirements:

• Board Certified / Board Eligible in Anatomic & Clinical Pathology (Required)
  
• Active Montana License or IMLC (Required)
  
• BLS (Required)

Additional Details:

This locum coverage is part of the Billings Clinic local pathology team but will be working in their Missoula lab at Community Medical Center.
They prefer one provider to cover the assignment, but will consider splitting coverage between 2 providers.
