Multi-Site Property Manager
NXT Property Management is hiring an experienced Multi-Site Property Manager to oversee operations for three multifamily communities in Clearfield, UT. This on-site leadership role is ideal for a driven property management professional who excels in team leadership, resident satisfaction, and maximizing property performance.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $75,000-$80,000 annually (DOE)
- Bonus potential: Monthly & quarterly

Schedule & Location
- On-site position
- Monday-Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Location: Clearfield, UT
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations across three multifamily communities
- Lead, train, and support leasing and maintenance teams
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and property performance
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and company policies
- Maintain high standards of resident satisfaction and customer service
- Oversee leasing activity, tours, and prospect follow-up
- Manage resident files, contracts, invoices, and documentation
- Coordinate maintenance workflows and ensure timely completion of work orders
Qualifications
- 1+ year of multifamily property management experience (multi-site preferred)
- 1+ year of supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong understanding of financials, budgets, and performance metrics
- Lease-up experience preferred
- Proficiency with Yardi required
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
