Leading a team of Energy Advisors, the full-time salaried Energy Sales Director will provide strategic guidance, develop sales strategies, and foster a collaborative culture while working remotely to address complex energy challenges faced by businesses. Key responsibilities Serve as a strategic resource for Energy Advisors, providing insight and support throughout sales cycles Lead and mentor the team to enhance sales performance and facilitate professional development Develop and implement effective sales strategies in alignment with business objectives Required qualifications 7+ years of experience in retail commercial energy, focusing on electricity or natural gas procurement 3+ years of experience managing a B2B sales team, preferably in the energy sector Familiarity with energy markets such as NYISO, ERCOT, or similar Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot, to track sales activities Demonstrated ability to foster a positive team culture that values integrity and collaboration
