Our client seeks a visionary leader to influence the trajectory of their operations. This role offers a path to General Manager with potential relocations to various facilities. Flexibility in relocation is required.

About The Role

As a key leader in our client's team, you will drive operational excellence and financial performance in a manufacturing environment. Your strategic insight and leadership will be pivotal in achieving ambitious business goals and fostering growth within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the plant's financial performance, including balance sheet and P&L oversight.
• Direct capital investments to optimize returns and manage risks.
• Prepare and execute budgets to drive the division's value.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet ambitious targets.
• Foster customer relationships to deliver exceptional solutions.
• Craft and implement a clear business strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Ensure successful product launches with a focus on quality and financial success.
• Lead by example, overseeing plant operations and supporting departments.
• Develop a motivated workforce through strategic planning and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
• Minimum of eight years of leadership experience in manufacturing, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven success in navigating complex automotive markets.
• Expertise in financial management, program leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and negotiation skills.
