Dormont Manufacturing Co is looking for a dedicated customer service professional at Lowe's in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The successful candidate will deliver SMART customer service while executing Lowe’s policies and procedures, assisting customers with their needs, and providing knowledgeable responses to questions. The role also involves writing contracts for equipment rentals, ensuring security and safety in the store, and cross-training for optimal service delivery.
