On-Site Maintenance Technician - Multifamily & HVAC

Hallmark Management is seeking a part-time maintenance technician to perform repairs, troubleshoot systems, and conduct preventive maintenance across property facilities. You will handle on-site repairs for HVAC, appliances, water heaters, electrical, plumbing, and other equipment, and respond to emergency maintenance calls as scheduled. Qualifications include two years of maintenance experience, strong English communication, a valid driver's license, and Fair Housing certification; HVAC/EPA #J-18808-Ljbffr Hallmark Management
