Senior Systems Engineer / Product Owner - Clearance Required

The Work: In this important role you will: Lead a SCRUM Team as Product Owner As Product Owner: You will prioritize the backlog to deliver the most value Set the Sprint Goal for the team / Accepts work based on Acceptance Criteria defined by the Lead Product Owner Review customer requirements to fully understand the operational scope of the requirement, deliver valuable feedback to the customer, and provide guidance during the product development to ensure operational needs are met. Develop and execute test plans and procedures in order to prepare and assess system readiness both in-plant as well as in the field at customer sites. Test and validate the system during the entire product development phase, identifying defects, providing test data for analysis, proposing solutions, and verifying implemented solutions to ensure a quality product is delivered. Basic Qualifications: Current/Active DoD Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Access Programs (SAP) access. Experience with testing and problem solving for integrated systems Experience in Systems Engineering life cycle process Desired Skills: Experience as a Product Owner Experience with Agile methodologies Proven ability to develop solutions to complex technical problems Experience with software testing and use of test automation tools (i.e. Eggplant, TWIN) Experience in creating use cases and test scenarios Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. Clearance Level: Secret Other Important Information You Should Know Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $89,300 – $157,550. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
