Each day, you will interact with residents to foster relationships and encourage participation in programs ranging from arts and crafts to physical exercise sessions. You'll assist in setting up and breaking down events, ensuring all materials are prepared and accessible. Collaborating with your team, you'll monitor resident participation and gather feedback to continually improve offerings.
