$18 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming, to promote independence.
• Monitor and document residents' health status, promptly reporting any changes to the nursing team.
• Support residents' nutritional needs by assisting with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and conversations to enhance their quality of life.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents' well-being.

Qualifications:

• Experience in providing compassionate care to individuals in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to assist residents with daily living activities, promoting their independence and dignity.
• Proven track record of monitoring and documenting health status changes accurately and promptly.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with the nursing team and residents' families.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for residents and staff.
• Experience in engaging residents in meaningful activities that enhance their well-being.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including AM, PM, and NOC, to meet the needs of our community.
