Looking for an opportunity to work in a warm, welcoming environment where you can make every guest feel special? PaPPo's 10, located in Columbia, MO, is searching for a friendly and enthusiastic Host/Hostess to join our team. As the Host/Hostess, you’ll be the first and last impression of PaPPo's 10 for our guests. Your mission? To ensure every guest feels valued and leaves with a smile. Here’s a glimpse of your key responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to ensure smooth service flow.
- Answer guest inquiries about our menu and services, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Maintain a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborate with the team to create a seamless dining experience for every guest.
