What You’ll Do

As an HVAC Service Technician , you will provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients and addressing their needs. Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, ensuring optimal functionality.

Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience):

• 2+ years experience as a residential Service HVAC Technician
• Ability to obtain EPA and Mech 4 with in 90 days for start date
• A clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical tasks associated with servicing HVAC systems

Compensation: Average $150k

Top Performers: $180k+

Compensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecards
