Department: Petroleum Engineering Salary: Commensurate with experience The Department of Petroleum Engineering in the Cullen College of Engineering at the University of Houston is a dynamic, growing organization that offers a broad range of undergraduate and graduate courses. The Petroleum Engineering Department anticipates an opening for a temporary, part-time Lecturer position in the upcoming Fall semester in the subject of Data Analytics. Lecturer appointments are offered on a semester-by-semester basis and may be renewed contingent upon institutional needs and demonstrated satisfactory performance. A Ph.D. degree in Petroleum Engineering or a related STEM discipline is preferred. We welcome candidates whose experience in teaching, research, or community service has prepared them to contribute to our commitment to academic excellence. Official transcripts are required for a faculty appointment and will be requested upon selection of the final candidates.
