Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid CCC-SLP certification (ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence)
• Indiana state licensure or eligibility for licensure
• Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong clinical skills with pediatric populations also welcome
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other specialists

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
• Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions to students individually or in small groups
• Work collaboratively with teachers and support staff to facilitate student integration and success
• Monitor and document progress towards therapy goals and adjust interventions as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and parent conferences
• Promote a positive, inclusive school environment supporting every student’s potential
