About the Role
The Company is seeking an Assistant Head of School for Strategic Enrollment to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and leading a comprehensive, data-informed enrollment strategy that aligns with the institution's mission and supports its long-term priorities. This role involves setting and achieving enrollment goals, monitoring market trends, and ensuring that the enrollment strategy is integrated with the school's academic, athletic, artistic, and co-curricular programs. The Assistant Head will also be a key partner in financial aid planning, with a focus on advancing enrollment, revenue, diversity, and institutional priorities. Applicants for the Assistant Head of School for Strategic Enrollment position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (master's preferred) and a minimum of 5 years' experience in admission and financial aid, preferably in secondary boarding schools or higher education.
