Responsibilities

Detailed Inspection: Perform thorough technical inspections of all manufactured components, parts, and complete assemblies to ensure total compliance with quality metrics.

Blueprint & Drawing Verification: Review and cross-reference engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications against the physical product to verify precise manufacturing alignment.

Systems Management & Training: Utilize manufacturing shop floor data systems and quality software to verify production standards, while providing guidance and training to team members on system compliance.

Non-Conformance Tracking: Accurately identify, document, and segregate non-conforming parts and assemblies, ensuring all deviations are precisely logged in the quality management database.

Collaborative Corrective Action: Partner closely with Production Leaders, Team Leads, and assembly operators to investigate root causes and implement robust corrective measures to prevent future non-conformances.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes
