Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a respected New Hampshire law firm seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join its Manchester office. This opportunity is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working closely with clients, attorneys, and insurance professionals throughout the life of a case. Manchester, NH | Full-Time | Direct Hire $25-$35/hr DOE Responsibilities:- Manage personal injury case files from intake through resolution
- Draft and file legal documents, including complaints, subpoenas, interrogatories, and settlement demands
- Assist with discovery, document management, and trial preparation
- Request, review, and organize medical records and evidence
- Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- File documents electronically in State and Federal Courts
- 2-5 years of Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience
- Personal injury experience required
- Knowledge of State and Federal Court procedures
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and proofreading abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
