Aspire Chicago is seeking an Employment Specialist to empower adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to achieve meaningful community employment. In this role, you will provide person-centered vocational assessments, job readiness coaching, and individualized employment planning. You will build relationships with local employers, create inclusive job opportunities, and support participants through job development, interviews, onboarding, and on-the-job coaching. Working in a collaborative, mission-driven environment, you will document outcomes, partner with families and team members, and help advance innovative, inclusive employment practices across Chicagoland.
