Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift (10-Hour Days, Monday–Friday, No Weekends or Holidays)

Key Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy treatments to adult patients in an ambulatory oncology setting
• Monitor patients during chemotherapy infusions and respond to adverse reactions or changes in condition
• Collaborate with the oncology care team to coordinate and deliver individualized patient care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility standards
• Educate patients and families on treatment protocols, side effect management, and follow-up care

Required Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• Chemotherapy certification required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of oncology nursing experience required
• Experience in an ambulatory care setting with chemotherapy administration
• Current flu vaccination (medical exemptions only)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a high-volume oncology treatment or infusion center
• Strong patient education and communication skills in an outpatient oncology environment
