This role seeks two dedicated educators with a strong background in special education. You will have the flexibility to select a setting that best matches your passion—teaching young learners in a preschool/learning disabilities classroom or supporting students with moderate needs at another site.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Indiana Educator Certification in Special Education
• Previous classroom experience, especially with preschool, learning disabilities, or moderate special education populations
• Ability to foster an inclusive learning environment and adapt lessons for diverse needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
• Commitment to supporting student growth and achievement

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction tailored to student IEPs
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet state and district standards
• Maintain accurate progress records and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with colleagues, therapists, and families to promote student success
