Project Superintendent

Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Oversee and coordinate MEP and plumbing systems installation Manage subcontractors and self-perform crews to maintain schedule and productivity Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations Conduct daily site walks to monitor quality, workmanship, and sequencing Coordinate inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEP systems Identify and resolve field conflicts, design discrepancies, and constructability issues Work closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and Owners to ensure project goals are met Maintain accurate daily reports, look-ahead schedules, and manpower tracking Drive schedule performance and hold trades accountable Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects Strong background in MEP coordination and plumbing systems installation Experience on at least one of the following project types: Hotels / Resorts Data Centers Educational Institutions Hospitality Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Proven ability to manage complex mechanical rooms and utility systems Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
