Role Summary The Roadside Assistance Network Manager builds and maintains the vendor network that powers the fleetOS roadside assistance capability – ensuring that carriers and fleet operators who need help on the road can get it fast, from qualified service providers, at a fair price. What You'll Do Build, qualify, and manage a national network of roadside assistance service providers including tow operators, mobile mechanics, and tire vendors Develop and enforce service level agreements with network providers covering response time, pricing, and quality standards Monitor network coverage gaps and proactively recruit providers in underserved regions Coordinate with the operations and support teams to dispatch and manage roadside assistance events in real time Conduct provider performance reviews and remove underperforming vendors from the network Manage provider contracts, payment terms, and rate negotiations Build a provider portal and communication system that enables efficient dispatch and service tracking Report on network coverage, response time performance, and cost per roadside event What We're Looking For 4+ years of vendor management, network operations, or roadside assistance experience Experience building and managing a geographically distributed service provider network Strong contract negotiation and relationship management skills Comfortable with real-time operational coordination and dispatch workflows Experience in roadside assistance, fleet services, or automotive services is strongly preferred Data-driven approach to network performance management Bachelor's degree in Operations, Business, or a related field Willingness to be available for urgent network escalations outside of standard hours Benefits and Compensation Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance bonus program tied to individual and company milestones Hybrid work environment with flexible scheduling Career growth opportunities across 30+ SaaS products and multiple verticals Front-row seat at a technology company at the beginning of a major national expansion Collaborative, mission-driven team environment Paid time off and company holidays Professional development and continuing education support Winixx Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
