Employment Type: Full- and Part-Time openings
Full-Time Schedule: Mon, Wed, Thu 8am–5pm; Tue 7am–4pm; Fri 7am–2pm Why This Role Matters

This practice values quality over quantity—ensuring hygienists have the time, tools, and support they need to provide exceptional preventive care in a calm, patient‑centered environment. What You’ll Do
• Provide comprehensive dental hygiene services in line with Iowa state regulations
• Deliver preventive care and individualized patient education
• Maintain accurate, detailed clinical documentation
• Partner with dentists and team members to create positive, seamless patient experiences
• Contribute to a warm, professional, community-oriented practice culture What We’re Looking For
• Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the State of Iowa
• Compassionate, approachable, patient-first mindset
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to high clinical standards
• Excellent communication and a collaborative spirit
