Software Engineer Developer

Salary: $88,680 - 168,480 per year Requirements:

• We bring at least 5 years of experience as a software engineer on complex projects.
• We have strong coding ability and hands-on development experience with languages such as Java, Python, or .NET, along with solid debugging and problem-solving skills.
• We have experience with software development methodologies and have built scalable, resilient applications.
• We have worked with relational and NoSQL databases, data mapping, XML/JSON, and REST-based web services.
• We understand solution architecture, including microservices, containers such as Docker and Kubernetes, and messaging queues.
• We have a deep grasp of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• We hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science, a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
• We have certification in one or more hyperscalers such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform, or are willing to obtain one with our support.
• We have experience with DevOps tooling and modern engineering practices.

• We design, develop, and implement advanced software solutions.
• We translate design documents and functional specifications into working components.
• We ensure our components are fully documented, unit-tested, and prepared for integration.
• We help architect solutions, test code, and build and deploy CI/CD pipelines.
• We provide effort estimates for assigned development work.
• We guide stakeholders on features, functional goals, and technologies under development.
• We take ownership of our work while strengthening our collaboration, automation, and problem-solving capabilities.
