Senior Healthcare Consultant

Job Family Finance & Accounting Consulting Travel Required: Up to 75%+ | Clearance Required: None What You Will Do Senior Consultants are responsible for client management, solution implementation, and generation of project results. You will own project workstreams, interact with clients daily to ensure engagement success, support day‑to‑day operational meetings with client sponsors and consulting leaders, and prepare well‑organized, effective reports and presentations for client and internal executives. You will lead, coach, and mentor Consultants, ensuring quality deliverables and deepening industry knowledge as you progress toward the Managing Consultant level. What You Will Need Bachelor's degree 3+ years of core Healthcare Revenue Cycle experience focused on back‑end revenue cycle functions 3+ years of financial analysis experience in a health‑related organization Epic EHR expertise of the revenue cycle management modules Track record of driving operational process improvement for revenue cycle optimization projects within hospitals and/or health systems Advanced analytical and data manipulation skills using Excel Willingness to travel to client sites across the United States up to 75% What Would Be Nice To Have Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or Clinical Administration Previous healthcare management consulting and/or professional services experience Epic certifications; HB Resolute highly preferred Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $89,000.00–$148,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
