Senior Manager, Banking & Trust Services Shared Employee Program

As a Senior Manager supporting the Banking & Trust Services (BTS) Shared Employee Program (SEP), you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness of an enterprise-wide program that supports intercompany employee allocation and regulatory requirements.We believe in the importance of in-office collaboration and fully intend for the selected candidate for this role to work on site 4 days a week in the specified location(s): Westlake-TX This role combines program leadership, stakeholder management, data analytics, process improvement, and third-party oversight responsibilities.
