Customer Service

Hy-Vee - - Responsibilities: Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service to customers and team members; Assist customers by escorting them to products, loading/unloading heavy items, answering phones, and handling transactions; Process Western Union orders and money orders, sell lottery tickets and hunting/fishing licenses, and assist in other areas as needed; Maintain professional appearance and adhere to company guidelines; report to work on schedule and contribute to a positive store environment; Support customers with dry cleaning and postage-related tasks as required
