Senior Financial Analyst

Overview of Role - The Senior Financial Analyst supports the business units by leading budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, KPI development, and business decision support. This individual partners closely with business leaders to provide actionable financial insights, improve forecasting models, and support strategic initiatives. This is a highly analytical, business-facing FP&A role focused on driving decision-making—not just reporting results. Must Haves: 4-6 years of FP&A, Financial Analysis, or Corporate Finance experience Strong budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis experience Strong financial reporting and analytical skills Ability to partner with business leaders and support strategic decision-making Experience working with large data sets Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Preferred- SAP Oracle Planning Power BI Experience in healthcare, medical device, manufacturing, or commercial finance a plus Comp/Bonus/Benefit Info - up to 115K plus 5% bonus.
