Our client is a rapidly growing healthcare organization seeking a Director of Marketing to lead and scale its digital marketing and acquisition strategy across a multi-site platform. Responsibilities Digital marketing & acquisition strategy Paid Search, SEO & Local SEO Website & conversion optimization Marketing analytics, attribution & ROI CRM, marketing automation & emerging AI tools Online reputation & local market presence Agency and vendor management Performance reporting and growth strategy Requirements 7 years of progressive digital/growth marketing experience Multi-site healthcare or consumer services experience Experience in a high-growth or PE-backed environment is a plus Strong analytical and business acumen Proven success driving measurable acquisition and conversion Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot Strategic thinker who is equally comfortable executing #J-18808-Ljbffr Staff Financial Group
