Our services include: Direct ABA Therapy - Home, Clinic, or Hybrid Speech Therapy Parent Training and Support Individualized Treatment Planning Services Across Multiple Locations Role Description The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is a full-time role based in Virginia, United States, with a hybrid work arrangement that includes both on-site services and some work-from-home flexibility. The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans, and use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to support clients' skill development and behavior change. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising behavior technicians, modeling best practices, collecting and analyzing data, and making data-informed adjustments to treatment plans. The BCBA will collaborate closely with psychologists, therapists, and other team members, provide parent and caregiver education, document clinical progress, and participate in team meetings to ensure high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based services. Qualifications Strong foundation in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, with the ability to design and implement evidence-based interventions. Skills in Parent Education and caregiver training, supporting families in understanding and applying behavior strategies at home. Background in Psychology and Behavior Management, including functional assessment, behavior support planning, and crisis prevention. Current BCBA certification and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines. Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience working with autistic children, adolescents, or adults in clinical, school, or community settings. Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and electronic documentation systems. Effective communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work in an interdisciplinary team in a hybrid environment.
