We have the latest in automation and technology in the United States, and are looking for a customer-oriented Maintenance Technician I.

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician I to join our team at Bluewater Linen and support the daily care, maintenance, and safe operation of our facility. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals looking to build foundational maintenance skills while contributing to a clean, functional, and safe work environment. As part of the Maintenance team, you will support preventative maintenance efforts, respond to service requests, and assist senior technicianshelping ensure uninterrupted operations and a well-maintained facility.

What Youll Do:

• Perform basic maintenance tasks on specialized equipment (training provided), including light plumbing, painting, simple electrical work, and general repairs.
• Complete assigned work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Support preventative maintenance routines for entire plant operations and keep production staff equipment functioning.
• Conduct routine property inspections to identify safety hazards or maintenance needs.
• Assist with upkeep of equipment, tools, and mechanical spaces.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and provide excellent service when interacting with guests and team members.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering workshop, storage, and work areas.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and environmental guidelines and reporting procedures.
• Assist more senior engineering staff as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic understanding of general maintenance and repair.
• Willingness and ability to learn HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, policies, and instructions.
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with tools and machinery.
• Exposure to varying temperatures and industrial work environments across the facility.
• Required adherence to PPE, safety, and sanitation standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior maintenance, facilities, or hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn required.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.

Compensation details: 17-20 Hourly Wage
