$1749 - $3413/wk Provider compensation offers are based on skill level, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may also be impacted by the critical nature of the need and vary by assignment. In addition to taxable hourly wage, providers may qualify to receive non-taxable daily lodging, meals, and incidental per diems not to exceed published General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines. Travel

Mon Fri, two evenings until 7 pm 40-hour work week

12 arrived visits per 8-hour shift

Outpatient clinic setting

Mix of general population, athletes, and work comp cases

Outpatient ortho experience required

2 3 years of outpatient ortho experience preferred
