As the Field Property Adjuster you are responsible for investigating and confirming the facts of loss for advanced Homeowner's Claims. Determines coverage, damages and otherwise adjusts and negotiates claims within limit of authority. Responsible for creating a comprehensive estimate of damages for homeowners first party claims leading to the proper disposition.
We are looking for a highly organized and customer-focused Property Field Adjuster to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in Milwaukee, WI or live within close proximity to Madison, Kenosha, West Bend, Oshkosh, or Waukesha. In this role, you will manage moderate residential and some condo claims, conducting both in-person field inspections and virtual assessments from home. Success in this position requires strong conflict management skills, proficiency in Xactimate, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities
Builds functional relationships with both internal and external customers
Applies a sound understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within authority limits
Demonstrates sound understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company
Demonstrates proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on advanced first party homeowners claims
Supervisory Responsibilities
This job does not have supervisory duties.

You may be eligible for a $1,000 Licensing Sign on Bonus if you have the applicable active licenses needed for this role. This could include Home Resident Property & Casualty License, Designated Home State (DHS) Florida or Texas License, and/or applicable Appraiser License.

Base compensation offered for this role is:Field Property Adjuster Cons I: $53,500.00 - 77,800.00/salaryField Property Adjuster Cons II: $56,000.00 - 82,500.00/salaryField Property Adjuster Sr Cons I: $65,600.00 - 98,200.00/salaryCompensation is based on experience and qualifications. Total compensation for this role may include additional components, such as incentive pay (for example, commission or bonus), if applicable.As a requirement of employment, individuals who currently hold an active insurance license must terminate all existing appointments prior to onboarding and must not hold any outside appointments at any point during employment. Applicants seeking an adjuster role who also hold a resident producer license must formally surrender that license when instructed to by the licensing team. By proceeding with the application process, applicants acknowledge and accept these licensing requirements and agree to comply.
