Construction Manager 5 | San Antonio, TX Job Title: Construction Manager 5 Location: San Antonio, TX Pay Range: $85.30 - $91.86/hr Our client, a leading technology infrastructure organization, is seeking a Construction Manager 5 to join their team. You will be part of the Construction Management team supporting Mission Critical Data Center projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proven track record of driving results, which will align successfully within the organization. What’s the Job? Coordinate and oversee MEP construction projects, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality objectives are achieved. Develop detailed project plans and direct the integration of technical construction activities. Analyze resource requirements, project feasibility, and construction schedules to drive successful project execution. Present project updates, reports, and findings to stakeholders and leadership teams. Review, recommend, and approve contracts, cost estimates, and project specifications. What’s Needed? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. 10+ years of construction management experience; 15+ years of experience preferred. Strong experience managing Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) construction projects. Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Visio, and Bluebeam (required). Preferred Qualifications PMI or PMP certification. Experience working on large-scale data center or mission‑critical infrastructure projects. Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
