Nurse visitsFollows strict HIPAA compliance guidelines, emergency procedures, medication and F/U protocols, follows MDS, medical waste and body fluid clean up protocolReports directly to Nursing SupervisorCompetencies and QualificationsMust be a graduate of accredited Medical Assisting program (usually a 9 to 18-month program) and hold current CMA or RMA certification or equivalent work experience as deemed acceptable by Pearl Health Clinic ManagementMust be BLS certifiedBe proficient in computer typing skills, EMR entry, patient care, and knowledge of medical and medication terminology
