About the Role We're looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential installation projects, ensure quality workmanship, and support the development of other installers. If you take pride in your craft and want consistent hours, local routes, and no on-call responsibilities, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do Lead residential HVAC installation projects, including system replacements and new equipment installations. Ensure all installations meet company quality and safety standards. Mentor and support junior installers on job sites. Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members. Troubleshoot installation issues and complete projects efficiently. Maintain accurate job documentation and track materials. What We're Looking For At least 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience. Required EPA refrigerant certification. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to commute to Carrollton, TX. Ability to regularly lift and carry 25–50 pounds. Comfort working in residential environments and outdoor conditions. Ability to pass a background check and drug screening. Authorization to work in the United States.
