Preschool Children’s Pastor/Director: Mosaic Christian Fellowship

Job Description: We are hiring a Preschool Ministry Director to lead and grow Mosaic MINIS— overseeing roughly 80 students and 25 volunteers. We’re looking for an experienced children’s ministry leader who connects naturally with young children, loves families deeply, and walks in a mature relationship with the Lord. The right person will help us attract, develop, and retain new children and families while building a strong staff and volunteer team.
